Registration Guideline

  1. For University Level, click the REGISTER NOW (UNIVERSITY LEVEL) button. 

  2. Download the EXCEL File and fill in all the required information.

  3. Submit the filled Excel form to via email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  4. For Secondary and Pre-University Level, click the REGISTER NOW (SECONDARY & PRE-UNIVERSITY LEVEL) button.

  5. Fill in all the required information in the Google Form provided.

  6. After submitting the Google Form, email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to notify that you have successfully submitted your registration.

  7. Check your email inbox within 5 business days after your registration and complete the payment via the payment link provided in the email.

  8. Take a screenshot as proof of payment.

  9. Email the proof of payment to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with subject: NACES25_[University/Institution]_[Date of Payment]
    Example: NACES25_USM_28 June 2025

  10. Check your email inbox for payment confirmation within 5 business days.

  11. Registration completed. Please make sure that you enter the WhatsApp group for more updates.
